Welcome to the Deprece Women’s Group— THE DEPRECE SISTERHOOD!

Sometimes you just need to know that you are not the only one.

The DEPRECE Women’s Group (a.k.a. the Deprece Sisterhood!) is an online Psychoeducational group that meets for one hour sessions each week. It is NOT a “therapy” group, but instead is simply a safe space for women to join in while sipping their coffee or tea, and talking about how to “get it together” and/or how to avoid getting “lost” (or “snapping”) under the demands of life! The group has a subscription membership fee of $10 per week (No commitment. Cancel at any time). Group meetings are held 3 times per week (attend one, or attend all 3!). The facilitator will educate on a relatable topic each week; then allow time for the group to discuss their experiences and/or give feedback on the presented topic (or to present a completely unrelated topic that may be pressing for a member(s) at that time). Whereas participation is encouraged, many may simply want to be a part of the group to listen, learn, and be encouraged by hearing what others are accomplishing. It’s up to you! Join today and become a part of a society of imperfect women trying to be great in an imperfect world!

$10 per week might be all you need to feel balanced, empowered, and connected again!

Meeting Times:

Thursday Afternoons: 12pmCST/1pm EST Thursday Evenings: 6pmCST/7pmEST Saturday Mornings: 10amCST/11amEST

Members will receive weekly reminders and links to the groups each week.

Juggling?

Oftentimes women wear many hats. Whether you are a parent, an employee, an employer, an entrepreneur, a wife, girlfriend, friend, aunt, daughter, sibling, fur-baby mama, care-taker, or even a loner, trying to figure things out. You may find it hard to get things done because you have so much to do that you don’t know what to do next! Sometimes the key is just having a platform to talk it out and having people who understand your plight, there to root you on!

Struggling?

Have you found yourself stuck in your routine, and finding it hard to keep your head above water? You often wonder, “How do other women do it?” Well the truth is that most other women have the same struggle that you do! But some have found ways to motivate themselves and get/stay on track! In our sisterhood, we also focus on developing skills that help us manage life more effectively!

Frustrated?

Does it feel like your life has been put on the back-burner, or even snuffed out by the wants, needs, and demands of others? What do you want/need to make the time for? What makes you happy? When was the last time you LAUGHED? Do you find that it’s hard to talk to your significant other or even your friends because they just don’t see where you’re coming from, or because you’d feel judged for not being “strong enough”? Crush that thought! Join us! This is a safe space!
